If I had to pick a book to read on a cold winter day it would have to be raising hope. I like that book because it is about I family farm that has a bunch of horses that are used to help people that area sink,or are just having a bad life. It helps people in need. That is why I love that book.

If I had to choose a favorite book it would be fablehaven by some Brandon guy. Its about a preserve with magical creatures. The owner is grandpa Stan so his grand children (Seth and Kendra) come to stay for a month when they arrive they see some one putting out little pie tins full of milk when they arrive they have to go up to there room with keys that open secrets there room is a attic when grandpa came up he started naming places were they aren't allowed like the forest, barn, over the bridge, and the basement. So Kendra starts to unlock things and the more she unlocks locks the more keys she gets and some chocolates in rose form she finds the last thing she's supposed to unlock and its a journal and on one page it says to drink the milk so she gets her brother Seth and tells him to drink it but before he drinks it he looks around at the butterfly's and birds he drinks the milk and all the butterfly's and birds become fairies they are hidden from human eyes so they go tell Stan of and before they drink the milk Seth doesn't listen to Stan and goes into the forest and he meets a very old woman chewing on a not on a rope and see talked to him for awhile ok now that I explained that back to the talk so Seth wonders why he had seen the witch and Stan replies shes mortal I should end here I might end up telling the whole story.

    1. Mrs. B That is an unneccessarily long sentence!! This is not graded on volume but how well you answer the prompt. Also, if you don't know the author either look it up or don't include it in your response.

My favorite book to read on a cold winter day is The Hunger Games. This book is pretty popular, but most people haven't read the books, they've only seen the movies. But, the books are so much better. They hold all the interesting things the movie didn't. Its fascinating how much thought, and imagination was put into these books. They were definitely a work of art, that should remind us all, that fame, money, and power, shouldn't get the best of us.
