Today is a free write. Please write about whatever you would like. (must be God-pleasing) Use this as an opportunity to share some of your thoughts and feelings. All students must have a minimum of 10 complete sentences. Enjoy!
Isaiah G. if i were to write a free sentence i would write abourt how my birthday is in i week from tommarrow. i wilol go hunting for squrrals and ride my skateboard all day long. i will be turning 13. my parents arent very happy though because some teens are mean, but i wont bee mean thouygh . my friends that r coming to my house we are making a garage band. i have drums they hyave guitars. i weill have a lot of fun.
to be continued........ as i was saying, i am getting a drum set for my birthday so when my friends come over we are going to make a song without lyrics. the song will be called ...... sorry we don't have a name for it yet. our band is called ...... we don't have a name either. we will be a heavy metal band, sooooooo we will be playing our instruments pretty hard. everyone gets a demo. ...... well maybe, if we make some money and some fans too. im exited to have a band with my friends. my nickname is Tay and im the drummer. im thinkin of a name but they might not like it. how bout PRETTY PRINCES UNICORN. NOOOOOOOOOOO that does not sound good at all. what about DRAGON RIDERS. maybe well ....... yes ummm im mean no, maybe. I DON'T KNOW OK SO STOP PRESSURING ME. SORRY OPPPS i left caps on but i fixed it OOOOOOPPPS COME ON TURN OFF, there that's better. so i really do not know what i will call our band. just let me talk it over with the crew. i am really going to enjoy being 13 everyone says its the like best age ever. i dont know why it just is i guess. so that is waht i am going to do on my birthday. WHICH BY THE WAY IS IN ONE WEEK. MAN CAPS IS STILL ON.
Elijah G. I like Pokemon it is awesome!!! I think i am crazy but it is awesome.Be smart when taking care of a Pokemon. or you can be in big trouble I should know I take of them in my game. I take care of a level 100 Samorot
Karlye C. Whatever you would like is to have a good grades and a 4.0 too. I also would have a new bike. I also would like a little puppies with spottiest too. A new puppies can be hard to take care of. But it is well to have a puppy ok. But I need food for the puppy. And water too. I would like some cards and a dog to play with.
Keith.F if i were to write a free write i'd write about chimpanzees so when you see a chimps hair go out he's upset and when you see his mouth curled up he's not smiling he has anxiety.
If I could write a free write setence, I would write about that for the four days of vacation I have this weekend. I am going to go to the park, play basketball with my friends, and play tennis baseball with my family. I am then going to get ice cream from Brusters and then get another chocolate sundae with sprinkles. My family and I will then go to the park again, play until late, go to bed, and wake up. The next day I will be going to church because it is Holy Saturday, then we will go to a restaurant to celebrate Manny's birthday, and then go to the park again. We will play tennis, soccer, and football with my family. After that my family and I will go home and watch a movie. Then on Easter Sunday we will go to church for Jesus' ressurection, go to a restaurant, celebrate and then play with my family at the park. On Monday I will rest all day because I was tired all the other days of the vacation.
Amiah A. If I could right a free sentence it would be about my life. Right now my mom is in Ohio a few days ago she was in Wisconsin. She got to meet here brother for the first time. Also last weekend me, my sister, my dad, and my papa all went to a fair like car show thing. It was a birthday present for my dad. Next weekend were going out to Orlando to shopping malls. We each get a 100 dollars to spend and I'm going to get tons of clothes. My sister is also going to get clothes but she wants toys to. Last night I talked to my mom shes doing well but i didn't have much time to ask her about her brother. My dad wants to take us out to eat to yumm!
Cynthia E Today I would like to write a piece of my novel I am writing. Now everyone was ready for the party. We got in the car and left. About 20 minutes later we got there. "right on time miss starlight." said Matthew as he walk me in. Johny was not happy about that."so starlight this is you family, may its quiet big." Matthew said looking at us." yeah this is Natsu Gray Maka Kid Liz Patty Lucy Juvia Inuyasha Kagome happy soul Blackstar Cody & Johny." I told him. He bowed and said "its nice to meet to everybody." Then he left into the other room."does Matthew like you starlight" happy asked me tugging on my clothes ((hes like a 2 foot tall talking cat)) "no he's just a friend."
Emmanuel T. if i could free write i would write about when i was playing football with my classmates and teacher. it all stared when Mr Priebe pretended to pass the ball to Becky but really he was going to pass it to me. then i caught the football i the air, my glasses flew off my face and i made a touchdown. then 2 weeks later Johanna join a wreck league and now is better than me.
Patricia A. if i could write about anything it would have to be about.......My life well let's see i just turned 14 years old. when school gets out in May me and my mum are going to Tennessee for a vacation. we are going to visit my mums boyfriend.we are going to the Grand Old Opery we are going to see Josh Turner. he is my favorite country singer because me and my father use to listen to his song " Me and God" that song will always be my favorite song because my dad use to sing that to me before he pasted away. Then we are going to come home the in June we are going there again. Then in August my mother friend is coming from Vegas.
Cassie C. If I were to write 10 sentences about anything I would write about the time I went to Pennsylvania with my grandparents. OK so I guess I should start at the beginning when we first left for the long two day trip to Pennsylvania. So the trip is long and hard by oh the beauty you see out your window and to see family that I only see once a year sometimes every other year. When we finally reach the camp ground also used as a trailer park for snowbirds like my grandparents. Oh the wondrous sight it is to see the mountains when they really look like a landscape painted on a canvass background. Then to see my Dad and grandparents again but knowing I only have them for a week or two then I'd have to say goodbye. But to one last time to feel the breeze in my hair as I swing and almost touch the sky. To one last time see my friends I have had or just made, to say goodbye. Then the car ride home to the family I left for a few weeks. To see my pets overjoyed to see me and to see my Loving parents again. But as we all know after the loving warmth of summer leaves the cold winter must come with school once again.
Kyleigh B. I will be writing about how much i would really like to go deep sea diving and what i would see if i did go deep sea diving. I am saving up money to go deep sea diving, is is not working out so well, i only have a dollar and 50 cents. i thing it is like $350 for one lesson, witch is really depressing because i don't know how long it will take to save up all the money. if i were to go down there, i would see a lot of sea creatures and different corals. it would be like an under water New York with the busy traffic, and crowded streets. i would see a lot of sharks but i would not be scared, they can smell fear and it has a better chance of them attacking you. Also I would see a lot of debris and trash which would be really sad because it could kill the animals that live in the water. I would also see playful dolphins and their offspring playing what looks like a game of tag nuzzling each other swimming away and coming back only to nuzzle another member of the pod. Then i will see a moody crab with claws as big as softballs carrying its brunch on its back, it looks to me like a sea slug squirming around trying to get away but the claws of the crab are just too strong. next i would see a round majestic jellyfish being boastful as usual. Fluttering around near the occupied corals looking for a meal and showing off its graceful tentacles. All of a sudden a strong current of water swooshed and tumbled me around as if i was in a clothes dryer. I managed to get back on trach and see that it was a whale shark! it was the biggest thing i had ever seen! but its time to go to shore now and the sand kisses me goodbye with a gentle scrape and the boat takes me home.
Rebecca B. In my free write today, I would like to talk about Holy Week, or Jesus Resurrection and what is means to me. On Thursday, the Lord issued the first Holy Communion, on Friday, he was arrested, beaten, and dead before it was even 6 o'clock. But, On Sunday, he was risen and no one believed it, why? Probably because the person they looked to for guidance was now dead. Or, because Jesus said He would rise the 3rd day, and they hadn't seen Him. That's the thing though, they needed physical proof, unlike us nowadays, who believe through the word.(believing without seeing) But, if Jesus, the Savior of the World, promises you personally, that He will rise on the 3rd day, why would you not believe it? Especially if He's never broken a promise before. Put it this way, if you've known someone for a very long time, and they say they're leaving, but will come back in 3 days, would you believe them? Well, of course you would! Why wouldn't you? Same with Jesus and the disciples. I could see where the disciples were coming from though, they were probably scared about being crucified, and they were relying on Jesus to rise, its just when they didn't see Him the dawn of Sunday, did they start doubting. And I have no right to point fingers at the Disciples, I'm just as guilty. I doubt, constantly, when I don't get what I want, or when some trouble comes along my way. But, I'm trying each and every day to trust in the Lord, and with His help, and constantly studying the scriptures I can. Just like with our memory work today, "I do believe! help me overcome my unbelief." - Mark 9:24
Tyler W. Since we are doing free write I am going to write a story about a kangaroo that sails a ship in the Bermuda Triangle. Lee P. was sailing across the salty waters of the Atlantic when he suddenly saw a thick black fog approaching in the distance. He started to sail the S.S. ROO to the right, away from the mist but the harsh winds blew the sail the other way. The mist was getting closer and was surrounding the ship. The air grew thick, thunder rolled, the waves grew, and the ship churned. The fog filled the skies. The ship was pulled under the water and Lee fell unconsciously below the waves. When he woke he was in the center of the Bermuda Triangle. He couldn't see any sign of land for miles. But what he did see was a gigantic green slime covered beast with teeth the size of redwoods and blood red eyes. ………TO BE CONTINUED.
Caleb B. Pac-Man is, in my opinion, the best video game of all time. It sold lots of merchandise, had its own cartoon show(Which later will be the inspiration of 2 games. Pac-Land, 1984 and Pac-Man 2, 1994.), and the game had it's defeat in 2000 by a professional who's name i can't remember. Pac-Man is surely the King of Video Games.
Hunter C. If I were to write a free write I do not know what I would write so I am writing about me writing a free write.
This is my free write. I am at a loss for words on what exactly to say in this free write so I am going to write about both of them.
1. Shooting my friends with NERF N-strike Elite and MEGA guns. When they come over for a NERF battle. 2. Me catching the two big cat fish and one of the best water skiers.
The NERF Battle
It all started at my house for my adaption party March 14 2014. No one showed on time about 3 minuets late and all at once. First we opend up the play house and chose our guns. The teams were team1 Seth with the retaler ,Reece with the rapid strike and Joey with the hammer shot. Team 2 Trevor with the rufcut Stevon with the recon and Hunter with the retaler. The bases were team 1 the bench team around the corner. We all stayed in for a while but the first people out was Stevon then Joey then Reece and last Trevor. It was Seth and I then the parents came out and the kids teamed up agensed the parents and we beat them because we had better guns. After the NERF battle we ate ice cream Sundays.
The Skiing trip
When we got their kids chased me all around excited to see me. When they stopped chasing me we set up our tents and got dinner ready. That night we played night football then we went to bed. In the morning we got breakfast ready. Then we got the skiing equipment ready for water skiing. When it came time to water ski I was one of the last people to go but I made it to the end of the lake and then I fell on the big wave but when I got up I made it all the way back. After that we went fishing and I chought two cat fish about 11/2 feet long each we ate one and let the other one go. That night we played man hunt and capture the flag.
